“The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships . . .”
- Esther Perel
Over the course of 6 immersive, life changing days, you’ll be guided through a carefully guided journey of:
💔 Uncovering and healing your core attachment wounds
🔥 Transforming anxiety, avoidance, and self-doubt into confidence and clarity
🌿 Embodying the secure love you’ve always longed for—starting with yourself
💞 Creating new relationship blueprints—whether you’re single, dating, or partnered
👣 Rewriting your story… and walking forward with more self-trust, resilience and practical tools to help you build a new, more fulfilling relational world for yourself.
This isn’t just another workshop. It’s an embodied journey to the love you want.
And it has the power to change everything.
At this retreat, you’ll reconnect with the core of yourself—the version of you that knows what you need, trusts your worth, and no longer abandons yourself to keep the peace or earn love. Through experiential practices, guided self-inquiry, and deeply embodied relational work, you’ll begin to stand rooted in your truth. That means no more second-guessing yourself, shrinking to be accepted, or spiraling when someone pulls away. Instead, you’ll learn how to stay grounded in your body, speak your truth with clarity and care, and trust that the right relationships will meet you—not because you perform, but because you’re showing up as the real you. This is confidence that doesn’t fade when things get hard—it deepens. It’s the kind of confidence that transforms not just your love life, but your whole life.
So many of us were taught that setting boundaries means pushing people away—or that being loving means saying yes when we actually mean no. But real intimacy requires honesty. At this retreat, you’ll learn how to identify your true limits, express them with both courage and compassion, and trust that they don’t have to cost you connection—in fact, they deepen it. You’ll practice how to hold your ground without closing your heart, how to speak up without attacking or withdrawing, and how to stay present when things get uncomfortable. These are the kinds of boundaries that don’t just protect your peace—they invite others into a relationship built on clarity, safety, and mutual respect. You’ll leave knowing how to advocate for yourself in a way that strengthens your connections instead of straining them.
Transformation doesn’t stick without integration. That’s why this retreat goes beyond insight—it gives you embodied tools you can actually use when things get hard. You’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system in moments of overwhelm, speak truth during conflict without creating rupture, and bridge the space between you and someone you care about—even when tension is high. Through experiential exercises, real-time coaching, and guided partner work, you’ll practice staying present in moments where you’d usually shut down, lash out, or abandon yourself. These aren’t surface-level tools—they’re simple, powerful practices designed to anchor you in safety, clarity, and connection. You’ll leave not just knowing what to do differently, but how to do it—so that your relationships feel more nourishing, more honest, and more resilient.
At its core, this retreat is about helping you remember who you are beneath the masks, patterns, and old wounds. Through guided practices and powerful group work, you’ll learn how to reconnect with the parts of you that have been ignored, rejected, or abandoned—not by others, but by you. You’ll begin to see yourself clearly, hold yourself gently, and reclaim the inner safety that comes from being on your own side. This isn’t the kind of self-love that depends on affirmations or approval—it’s the kind that lives in your bones. The kind that holds steady when someone doesn’t understand you, when a relationship ends, or when life feels uncertain. You’ll leave with a deep, embodied sense that you are lovable exactly as you are—not when you’re perfect, not when others choose you—but always.
Most of us know what we don’t want in relationships, but struggle to articulate—and embody—what we do. At this retreat, you’ll take the time and space to get radically honest about the kind of love, connection, and partnership your heart is truly craving. Not just from a fantasy or fear-based place, but from your deepest truth. Through guided visioning, group reflection, and practical exercises, you’ll uncover your core relational values, clarify your attachment patterns, and learn what actually makes love feel secure, inspiring, and sustainable for you. Then, you’ll begin crafting the personal roadmap—emotionally, somatically, and behaviorally—that can get you there. No more guessing, chasing, or settling. You’ll leave this retreat with a clearer picture of what you’re calling in and concrete next steps for how to create it, starting from the inside out.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. At Coming Home to Love, you’ll be held in a rare kind of space—one where everyone is committed to deep growth, honest reflection, and relational transformation. You’ll be surrounded by people who have been through heartbreak, confusion, and self-doubt… and are still choosing to show up for real love. This isn’t just a retreat—it’s a village. A place where your emotions are welcome, your story is honored, and your breakthroughs are celebrated. Many participants leave with new friendships, practice partners, and even lifelong allies for the road ahead. Because when you’re walking a new path in love, you deserve people around you who see you, and can walk beside you as you keep growing.

This retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been walking this path for years, you'll be welcomed and supported every step of the way.
Absolutely not. You’ll never be asked to share more than you’re ready for. This is a “challenge by choice” environment where your voice, pace, and boundaries are fully respected. Many of the most powerful moments happen in small groups or guided partner practices—and you always have agency to participate in the way that’s right for you.
That’s how most people arrive—and by the end, you won’t feel alone. This retreat is intentionally designed to foster deep connection, safety, and community. From the opening circle to the closing ritual, you’ll be supported in building authentic relationships with others who are on the same courageous path toward love, healing, and wholeness.
We cap the retreat at approximately 24 participants to keep the container intimate, personalized, and safe.
